Preferred payment terms:
1. Cash – outright, one-time payment; 

2. Deferred Cash - minimum of 20% DP; balance will be payable within 3 months supported by a PDC; No Interest. 

3. Installment Sale - (minimum of 20% down payment, 80% balance payable within the maximum term of 5 years at 12% interest rate per annum subject to the bank's credit evaluation) 

4. Bank Housing Loan- (minimum of 30% down payment, 70% balance payable within the maximum term of 15 years at lower interest rate per compared to In-House Financing subject to the bank's credit evaluation. Minimum Loan amount of P1,000,000)

**For OFW *- Job Contract; 3 months remittance slip; two sets of original consularized/apostilled SPA - asked us for a draft; 2 valid IDs with 3 original specimen signature on each side of the IDs of buyer and spouse, if applicable and their Attorney-in-Fact: photocopy of marriage contract for married; CENOMAR, for single; TIN verification/TIN ID 

**For Employed* - Original certificate of employment and compensation; 3 months payslip; 2 valid IDs with 3 original specimen signature on each side of the IDs of buyer and spouse, if applicable; photocopy of marriage contract for married, CENOMAR for single; TIN verification/ID 

**For Self-Employed* - BIR & DTI Business Registration; Brgy. / Mayor’s Permit; Latest copy of Income Tax Return/ITR;  Latest copy of Financial Statement (Audited and AUB-Audited); 2 Valid IDs with 3 original specimen signature on each side of the IDs of buyer and spouse, if applicable; photocopy of marriage contract for married, CENOMAR for single; TIN verification/ID 

**For Corporation* - SEC Documents: SEC Registration , Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, GIS; Latest ITR and FS (audited and in-audited); Original Sec Cert authorizing representative to negotiate, transact, enter into agreement and receive original documents including original TCT from the Bank;  2 Valid IDs with 3 original specimen signature on each side of the IDs of company's authorized representative and Corp Secretary, TIN ID of Authorized Rep 

**For Cash Sale* - Proof of income [Original COE with compensation, Latest ITR/FS, Business Registration - see list for Self-Employed], 2 Valid IDs with 3 original specimen signature on each side of the IDs of buyer and spouse, if applicable; photocopy of marriage contract for married, CENOMAR for single; TIN verification/ID, two sets of original consularized/apostilled SPA - asked us for a draft - if based abroad
