In July 2002, just three months into the Company's full operation, HPI unveiled its maiden residential condominium development in Tagaytay Highlands - The Woodridge. A gracious medium density condominium dwelling consisting of seven buildings, The Woodridge is located on one of Highlands' highest elevations overlooking the Tagaytay Highlands golf course, Laguna de Bay, Mt.
